Dootson's Truck Training Philosophy It is no secret that we enjoy those subjects in school we're good at. Too often the role the teacher plays in making a subject enjoyable to us is overlooked. We have all seen or heard of teachers who can take an otherwise dull subject and make it interesting. Our philosophy at Dootson is that there are no bad students, only bad instructors. A good instructor has an obligation to his students to do more than simply impart knowledge. A good instructor makes learning fun. A good instructor must do more than merely teach . A good instructor must inspire and motivate his/her students. |
